Stage 1: Efficient Block Cutting

Depending on the stone, the workflow may include drying, preheating, mesh application, resin distribution or manual treatment of selected areas.

Stage 3: Resin Treatment and Reinforcement

Depending on the project, conveyors, transfer systems, loading and unloading units or other handling equipment can be incorporated into the layout.

Final inspection checks surface quality, dimensions and visible defects before slabs move to storage or further fabrication. Production data and operator feedback can then be used to refine parameters across the line.
